TYPES OF DISPLAY TECHNOLOGIES
Super AMOLED Display:
A display technology which improves upon the shortcomings of AMOLED technology. These screens have darker blacks, consume lesser energy than regular TFT displays, have higher refresh rates, and a much higher contrast ratio. However, AMOLED screens have higher chances of 'burn-in' problems because they use organic material that degrades over time. Also, they're not always visible in direct sunlight, unlike TFT LCD and LCD displays.
IPS and PLS LCD Displays:
These are the two most popular technologies found in smartphone screens today. Both resolve several key issues that affected earlier LCD screens, such as narrow viewing angles, where the screen becomes darker when viewed from an angle.

MEMORY AND STORAGE
RAM (Random Access Memory) :
RAM of Random Access Memory is where all the running application are stored in a mobile phone. A higher RAM results in faster performance of phone as there is more free space available for the system to run multiple applications at the same. Now-a-days apps are growing in size and hence for multitasking it becomes imperative to have a larger capacity of RAM.

Internal Storage / Expandable Storage (ROM) :

However, expandable memory is slower to read than in built memory, hence high end phones usually come with bigger internal storage
Usually for smart phones the storage starts at 8GB and goes up to 256GB. Expandable storage in some phones goes upto 2 TB.

Lens Arrangement : The lens determines what a capability a camera posses. Smartphone manufacturers invest the most in improving quality of lens and adding more features to it along with better image processing chipsets so that excellent image quality of achieved. Pixels : A Pixel is they smallest element on an image. The megapixel count determines how enlarged an image shot from the camera can be. However, a large megapixel does not necessarily translate into a better camera.

Dual SIM :
This feature allows one to use two SIM cards simultaneously in the same device. One can select the exact SIM before making calls. It makes for a good use case when one wants to avoid the hassle of carrying two phones.
