2. If my product is in warranty are there any extra charges?

   Standard warranty terms and conditions are applicable for products under warranty. If you choose at home pick-up and delivery then this will incur nominal charges ranging from AED 25 for small devices to AED 100 for bulky devices over and above warranty repair conditions.

3. How much will it cost to repair my device?

   Standard inspection changes are applicable. After inspection we will send the quote with detailed repair charges for your approval. All the repairs will be carried out only after obtaining approval from you.

4. How long will it take to repair my device?

   Most of the repairs is completed within 4 business days. We will keep you informed in case there is any delay due to unforeseen circumstances.

5. Do you clean & sanitize the device before you send it back?

   Yes, we adhere to the highest level of sanitization at the service center. All the products undergo this procedure along with strict testing for product quality before it is sent out for delivery.

6. How I can submit my device for repairs?

   The product can be submitted at our collection point /service center or else you can call 800 JUMBO for our collection and delivery service at nominal charges.

7. Do you have any option to collect the device from our premises?

   Yes, we provide the convenience of collection and delivery with nominal charges ranging from AED 25 for small devices to AED 100 for bulky devices. Please fill the form to arrange for a pick-up.

8. Do you have any extended warranty for my device?

9. Do you have any annual maintenance policy?

   Yes, we can provide AMC contracts based on the customer requirements.
