After sale service of LG TV/AV will be managed by Jumbo. Customer needs to call 800LG (54) to raise the concern. 

1. DOA cases.

1. DOA is only DR (Defective return) due to manufacture.
2. DOA is applicable only in case of any quality defect within 7 days only from the date of purchase.
3. Judgement is made by LG service partner who will issue a technical report. Once approved, Future Blaze LLC can do the replacement.
4. DOA replacement is limited to product hardware only and if defect is related to software or accessories no replacement will be done, only defective accessories will be replaced and software update will be done.

1. Retailer to advise customer to contact LG direct Call center - 800LG (54).
2. All warranty repair cases to be done by LG service partner based on warranty terms and conditions.
3. If display unit is used more than 3 months it should not be sold to customers unless sold with discounted price and no warranty.
