Eligibility Period: When the Customer is Eligible to Return the Product and Avail the Offer?\r\nThe Customer should return the Product within 3 months of the expiry of the subscription period selected by the Customer. For e.g.\r\n<ol class=\"awlist1\">\r\n<li class=\"ListParagraph\">12 months subscription: For Product Purchased on 01 August 2024, the Customer can return the Product and avail the Offer from 01 August 2025 to 31 October 2025 (3 months from completion of 12 months).</li>\r\n<li class=\"ListParagraph\">24 months subscription: For Product Purchased on 01 August 2024, the Customer can return the Product and avail the Offer for 3 months from 01 August 2026 to 31 October 2026 (3 months from completion of 24 months).</li>\r\n<li class=\"ListParagraph\">36 months subscription: For Product Purchased on 01 August 2024, the Customer can return the Product and avail the Offer for 3 months from 01 August 2027 to 31 October 2027 (3 months from completion of 36 months).</li>\r\n</ol>\r\n \r\nJumbo shall not be liable to accept the return of Product after expiry of the aforesaid 3 months period. Offer Price: The Customer shall be eligible to get the Guaranteed Price for the returned Product. \r\n5. Eligibility\r\nUpon return of the Product as per Point 4, Jumbo will issue credit note for amount specified in Point 3, which can be utilised by Customer to purchase any product/service from Jumbo.\r\n \r\n6. Cash Refund\r\nNo cash refund is allowed.\r\n \r\n7.Return Before Eligibility Period.\r\nThe option to avail the Offer prior to the Eligibility Period shall be subject to the sole discretion of Jumbo.\r\n \r\n8. Proof of Purchase\r\nThe Customer needs to present the original invoice of the Product at the return to avail the Offer.\r\n \r\n9. Proof of Replacement (applicable in case the Product is replaced by brand during warranty service)\r\nThe Customer needs to bring proof of replacement of device if the Product originally bought from Jumbo was replaced under warranty by Apple Service centre.
