1. Delivery Methods

• Standard Home Delivery
  • All orders with a total value equal to or above AED 200 are eligible for free standard home delivery within our designated delivery areas
  • For orders below AED 200, a delivery charge of AED 15 will apply
• Express Delivery
  • We offer an express delivery option for customers who require their orders urgently
  • Express delivery guarantees a 4-hour same day delivery for eligible orders placed before 5 pm
  • This service is available at a cost of AED 49
  • This service is applicable on select products and for select delivery locations only
• Click & Collect (Store Pick-up)
  • Click & Collect allows you to place an order online and pick it up from the nearest Jumbo store. Just select the desired store during checkout
  • It's a hassle-free service that saves you time. Simply complete your purchase online and collect your items at your convenience
  • This service is available at no extra cost
  • Orders which are not collected within 5 days from order date will be auto-cancelled
• Curbside Collect
  • With Curbside Pickup, you can place an order online and collect it from our designated curbside pickup locations near our stores
  • It's a convenient option if you prefer to stay in your vehicle or have limited time. Our team will bring your order to your car
  • This service is available at no extra cost
  • Orders which are not collected within 5 days from order date will be auto-cancelled

2. Delays in Delivery

• While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, please note that delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or logistical challenges. In such cases, we will make every effort to keep you informed and minimize any inconvenience caused

• It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete delivery address details during the checkout process. We will not be held liable for any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer

• Next Day Deliveries are available in select locations:

• Next-day deliveries to areas outside Dubai and Abu Dhabi will resume on 22/04/24.

• In Dubai:
  Some major areas that are still inaccessible include parts of Barsha, Silicon Oasis, Arabella Mudon, Al Khail Road, and DWC.
  Please anticipate slight delays in delivery due to road congestion and heavy traffic.

3. Installation Services

• Our highly trained team is equipped with the latest technical expertise to ensure a seamless setup and optimal functionality of your appliances and gadgets
• Products that require professional installation, like Refrigerators, Dishwashers, Beverage Coolers, Cooking Ranges, Televsions above 65", etc. will receive complimentary delivery & installation services
• Please note that not all products mentioned above automatically include complimentary installation services. The availability of such services is subject to change and may vary from product to product
• To ensure clarity regarding complimentary delivery and installation services, we kindly request our customers to contact us for confirmation. If the product page does not explicitly mention these services, our team will be happy to provide you with the necessary information
• If an item is not eligible for free installation, we provide a professional installation service at a nominal cost. Please feel free to reach out to us at 600-532395, and our team will be delighted to assist you in making the necessary arrangements

4. Delivery & Installation Areas

• We deliver and provide installation services across the United Arab Emirates except for certain areas which are ODA (Outside Delivery Area)
• To check if your location falls within our delivery areas, please enter your address during the checkout process. If your address is not eligible for delivery, we will notify you accordingly and may cancel the order
• List of ODA (Outside Delivery Area):
  Abu Alabyadh, Al Arrad, Al Dhafra, Al Hamra, Al Jeer, Al Madam, Al Mataf, Al Sham, Al Shuwaib, Al Wagan, Asab, Beda Zayed, Daib, Ghayati, Hatta, Liwa, Madinat Zayed Al Gharbiya, Qareen Al Aish, Shaam, Shah, Shuweihat, Um El Zumool, bonded free zones like JAFZA, DAFZA, DWC, SAIF Zone, etc; ports like Al Hamriya, etc; Military offices/ Airbases/ Government offices & Islands that aren't connected by road to the mainland e.g. Lulu island, Nurai Island, etc.
