1. By entering Bubble Burst Game each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Bubble Burst is organized by Jumbo Electronics LLC and is open to all UAE residents, except employees and their families.

3. On submission of a completed entry, you consent to your personal data and email address being added to Jumbo Electronics LLC database for marketing and related purpose. Your email address will not be displayed or used for any other purpose.

4. No changes may be made to an Entry once it has been submitted.  All entries must be in English.  Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified.

5. Entry to the Quiz is free.

6. LIMIT ONE (1) PRIZE PER PERSON.

7. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry.

8. Only entries submitted electronically through the game webpage in accordance with these terms will be eligible for consideration.  All entries become the exclusive property of Jumbo Electronics LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned.

9. Internet access is required to participate in the Game. Jumbo Electronics LLC does not guarantee that game will not contain IT faults, or that faults identified will be remedied; nor can they guarantee that game and/or sites to which Quiz operates do not contain viruses or other components which may cause damage to players’ computer equipment and/or data.  Jumbo Electronics LLC does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to Quiz. Numerous factors outside of the control may interfere with the operation of game. To the extent permissible by law, all implied warranties, conditions and other implied terms are excluded. 

10. The game will be held from 2^nd – 8^th  January 2023 and can be extended at a later stage.

11. Jumbo Electronics LLC has the right to change the rules, regulation, terms and conditions throughout the duration of the quiz.

12. The highest scorer will get AED 500 worth Jumbo Voucher.

13. AED 500 prize will be shared on email, in the form of a Jumbo e-voucher, which can be used against a purchase made at any Jumbo store in UAE or on www.jumbo.ae. The validity of the vouchers will be for 3 months.

14. AED 500 voucher will be sent to the selected winner, post confirmation of their identity via a phone call, by our customer service department. Winner may be asked to share a copy of their Emirates ID for verification purpose.  Please ensure you are giving your correct contact details during signing up.

15. The e-vouchers will be sent to select winner by 15th January 2023. The e-voucher cannot be redeemed for cash or any other benefit and they are not transferable.

16. The winner names will be announced periodically on Jumbo’s social media platforms. By submitting the entry, you already consent to your name being published on Jumbo's social media platforms. The prize winner agrees to allow Jumbo Electronics LLC to use the winner's name (online or on social media).

18. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Jumbo Electronics LLC will be final and binding and no discussion will be entered into.

19. Jumbo Electronics LLC reserves the right to cancel the game, reject redemption of vouchers, if it believes that the game or any prize is being used unlawfully or illegally.
