Expected duration of the tournament: 3pm to 6pm and can be extended depending on actual time taken during the games
The tournament is expected to have 64 players or 32 players depending on the participation numbers. Every Game will be a knockout game
Each game will be 12 mins (6 min half) in classic mode
In case of a draw, penalty shootout with 5 penalties will be done
Winner from each pool will be playing against the winner of another pool

Tournament Terms & Rules:

Tournament Rules:
- There is no subscription fees and participation is free subject to first come first served basis
- Registration is allowed till 30th March 12pm. Post which Jumbo call center team will give a call to confirm the player's attendance on 31st March and finalize the participants. Please give correct phone number so that a second confirmation can be taken for your physical participation on 31st March
- Players are supposed to bring their Emirates ID along with them for a physical sign-up at the event venue
- Players have to be available at 2:15 pm at the venue to do physical registrations for gaming formats

Tournament Systems:
- The tournament will be held on XBOX Consoles
- FIFA 2023 will be the game played by the players
- The format for the game is Knockout matches in the all rounds, whoever loses is not allowed to re-enter the tournament
- The Organizing Committee has the right to amend the tournament system in the final round of matches

Match Settings and General laws:
- Speed of the game will be the default speed and cannot be changed
- Duration of game is 6 minutes
- Maximum of 5 minutes to change the settings (only controller) before the game starts
- You must choose a club and not a National Team, and not an all-star team
- Default camera is EA Sports GameCam, and all the other default settings will not be changed, unless both players agree to change it
- Same teams can be chosen by both players in the match
- You can change the club you have played within the following matches provided both players agree
- Transfers of players is not allowed; teams will be played as of the latest available updates
- Each player can only pause twice during the match
- In case of draw, players go directly to penalties of 5 each. Even if after the penalty, the match is a draw, it will be a sudden death penalty
- If a player was late for more than 15 minutes to the venue, will be considered lost by 1-0
- Fans are not allowed to engage with players during the match
- Attend the game before 15 minutes
- It is strictly forbidden to use the phone or talk to the opponent or provoke them

Penalties:
- The player will be warned 3 times for misbehavior by the Organizing Committee and then they will be disqualified from the tournament
- In case any dispute between players they will be directly excluded from the competition

General Terms & Conditions:
- By signing up for Game On Tournament with Xbox each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions
- This tournament is organized by Jumbo Electronics LLC and is open to all UAE residents, except Jumbo employees and their families
- On submission of a completed entry, you consent to your personal data and email address being added to Jumbo Electronics LLC database for marketing and related purpose. Your email address will not be displayed or used for any other purpose
- No changes may be made to an Entry once it has been submitted. All entries must be in English. Incomplete, illegible, or garbled entries will be disqualified
- Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of the entry
- Only entries submitted electronically through the webpage in accordance with these terms will be eligible for consideration. All entries become the exclusive property of Jumbo Electronics LLC and will not be acknowledged or returned
- Numerous factors outside of the control may interfere with the operation of game. To the extent permissible by law, all implied warranties, conditions and other implied terms are excluded
- Jumbo Electronics LLC has the right to change the rules, regulation, terms and conditions throughout the duration of the quiz
- 2 highest scorers will get 2 XBOX Console S Series and 2 runners up will get AED 500 worth Jumbo Voucher each. The console prize will not be exchanged for cash
- AED 500 prize will be shared on email, in the form of a Jumbo e-voucher, which can be used against a purchase made at any Jumbo store in UAE or on www.jumbo.ae. The validity of the vouchers will be for 1 year
- AED 500 voucher will be sent to the selected winner, post confirmation of their identity via a phone call, by our customer service department. Winner may be asked to share a copy of their Emirates ID for verification purpose. Please ensure you are giving your correct contact details during signing up
- The winner names will be announced periodically on Jumbo’s social media platforms. By submitting the entry, you already consent to your name being published on Jumbo's social media platforms. The prize winner agrees to allow Jumbo Electronics LLC to use the winner's name (online or on social media). Pictures will also be taken during the event and added on JumboWorld and Jumbo Gamers social media channels
