iPhone 17 Series Guaranteed Buy Back Terms & Condition – Redington

The Customer opting for the Guaranteed Future Buy Back Offer for Product – Apple iPhone 17 Series products (“Offer”) from Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd. LLC (“Jumbo”) shall be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Offer Period:

The Customer may avail this Offer from 01 September 2025 to 31 March 2025.

2. Opting for Buy Back Offer:

AED 150 per Subscription for a period of 12,24, or 36 months (Exclusive of VAT)

3. Offer Price:
Jumbo shall launch the Guaranteed Buy Back Program with the price stated below, provided the customer returns the Product in Condition 1 or Condition 2. In the event that the product is not in Condition 1 or Condition 2, the Offer shall not be valid.

4. Eligibility Period: When the Customer is Eligible to Return the Product and Avail the Offer:

The Customer should return the Product within 1 month of the expiry of the subscription period selected by the Customer. For e.g.

a) 12 months subscription: For a Product Purchased on 15 Oct 2025, the Customer can return the Product and avail the Offer from 15 Oct 2026 to 15 Nov 2026 (1 month from completion of 12 months).

b) 24 months subscription: For Product Purchased on 15 Oct 2025, the Customer can return the Product and avail the Offer for 1 month from 15 Oct 2027 to 15 Nov 2027 (1 month from completion of 24 months).

b) 36 months subscription: For Product Purchased on 15 Oct 2025, the Customer can return the Product and avail the Offer for 1 month from 15 Oct 2028 to 15 Nov 2028 (1 month from completion of 36 months).

Jumbo shall not be liable to accept the return of Product after expiry of the aforesaid 1-month period.

5. Eligibility

Upon return of the Product as per Point 4, Jumbo will issue credit note for amount specified in Point 3, which can be utilised by Customer to purchase new Apple iPhone product from Jumbo

The offer shall be eligible only for the purchase of new Apple iPhone products from Jumbo Electronics.

6. Refund
No cash refund is allowed.

7. Return Before Eligibility Period

The option to avail prior to the Eligibility Period shall not be facilized by Jumbo

8. Proof of Purchase

The Customer needs to present the original invoice of the Product at the return to avail the Offer.

9. Proof of Replacement (applicable in case the Product is replaced by brand during warranty service)

The Customer needs to bring proof of replacement of device if the Product originally bought from Jumbo was replaced under warranty by an Apple Authorized Service Center. The Product returned should be of similar Specifications as was originally sold by Jumbo.

10. Delete all Customer Data - Prior check before handling the Product
Prior to handing over the Product to Jumbo, Customer should ensure to delete all his Data and de-activate iCloud account, Payment wallet services etc. and Jumbo shall not be held responsible for any loss to customer in the event of failure by Customer to do so.

Program Details:

- Program Fee: AED 129 (incl. VAT).

- Device Covered: iPhone 17 Series and iPhone Air Series

- Redemption Period: You can redeem your device anytime between January 1, 2026 and December 31, 2028.

Guaranteed Buy Back Process:

1. You have enrolled the 36-month Guaranteed Buy Back (“GBB”) program for your iPhone 17 series/iPhone Air phone. The IMEI of your device has been captured for further validation at the time of redemption.

2. During the redemption period, visit the store, and our representative will validate the IMEI of your device.

3. If your device meets the required conditions (as detailed below), you will receive a credit voucher based on the agreed Guaranteed Buy Back value, which can be used to get a discount on your next iPhone purchase.

Device Grading Conditions:

Your device must meet one of the following grading standards to qualify for the GBB program:

Grade A:

Carrier & iCloud unlock: Works with Local SIM (If not: reject) & No Account locks; All locks including FMI (FindMyiPhone), screen lock, passcode lock, faceID locks turned off.

Screen: No scratches, No pixelation, no burnt screen, no cracks, touch screen and true tone working

Body: No scratches, No dents, No cracks or paint wear

Front + Back Camera: Working, without any discrepancies

FaceID / Touchscreen: Working

Battery Health: 90% or above

Speakers: Working

Mics: Working

Buttons: Working

Parts: No replaced parts message (neither Non-genuine nor Genuine parts message)

Battery Health: Minimum 85%

Speakers: Working

Parts: No replaced parts message (neither Non-genuine nor Genuine parts message)

Grade C:

Carrier & iCloud unlock: Works with Local SIM (If not: reject) & No Account lock.

Screen: Major scratches, Dents, Cracks, Pixalation is allowed but phone needs to be in working condition.

Body: Major scratches, Dents, Cracks are allowed

Front / Back Camera, FaceID / Touchscreen, Speaker, Mic, Buttons: Can have upto 3 functionality faults.

If the Devices does not meet above criteria and falls into any other grade customer will not be eligible for the GBB program and can trade-in the device as per the value offered in the separate Trade-in program offered by Jumbo.

Terms and Conditions:

Redemption Period: You are requested to return your device from January 2026 to December 2028 to be eligible for the Guaranteed Buyback Program.

Redemption Value: Customer can come back anytime between January 2026 to Dec 2028 for redemption and get an assured value of purchase price (excl VAT & unbundled, net of discounts and taxes as per the table below).

- iPhone 17 Purchase Price: Customer’s purchase price of the iPhone 17 series cannot be more than the RRP shown on the Apple UAE website. In case the device is sold above the RRP shown on Apple UAE website (net of discount, taxes & unbundled), NorthLadder will honor the eligible value equivalent to the grade percentages mentioned in the table in point number 11 (depending on the Grade and redemption period of customers device) based on the RRP value shown on Apple UAE website.

- Proof of Purchase: You must present the original purchase invoice when redeeming your device under the GBB program.

- Refund Type: All refunds will be issued as credit vouchers, which can be used toward future iPhone purchases. Cash refunds are not available.

- Replacement Devices: If your iPhone 16 was replaced under warranty, you will need to provide proof of replacement with the old and new IMEI numbers.

- Cancellation: You could cancel the Guaranteed Buy Back sign up, only in condition if the device purchased is returned/exchanged as per Eros’s exchange policy. Guaranteed Buy Back sign up cannot be cancelled alone without return/ exchange of the device, once customer has signed up.

- Guaranteed Buy Back Value: Total value offered to you for Guaranteed Buy Back at the time of redemption cannot be merged with any other promotion or discount. Any Top-ups (Exchange Bonus) active on the purchasing device at the time of redemption will become the part of the maximum value guaranteed under the program & will not be added over and above the maximum guaranteed value depending on the time of redemption & grade of your device.

- Prior handing over the device to Jumbo, Customer should ensure to delete all his Data and de-activate ApplePay, Payment wallet services etc. and Jumbo shall not be held responsible for any loss to customer in the event of failure by Customer to do so.

1. The Customer opting the Guaranteed Future Buy Back Offer for iPhone (“Offer”) shall be subject to the following Terms & Conditions.

2. Opting for Buy Back Offer
The cost to opt the Offer shall be AED 129/- (including VAT)

3. Offer Price
Jumbo shall pay the Guaranteed Price slated below provided the customer return the Product in Flawless or in Good condition. In the event, the products is not in Flawless or Good condition, the Offer shall not be valid. Jumbo’s Decision in this regard will be final

4. Validity
The Offer shall be valid on iPhone 15 devices bought from Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd. LLC between September 22^nd, 2023, to Jan 31st, 2024.

5. Eligibility
The Offer shall be eligible only for purchase of new Apple iPhone 15 series smart phone product from Jumbo Electronics Co. Ltd. LLC between September 2023 to January 31^st, 2024.

6. Refund
No cash refund allowed.

7. Return Before Eligibility Period

Customers returning the product before the Eligibility date will not be entertained by Jumbo.

Return of Product on Eligibility

The customer can exchange their iPhone 15 series device for the new successor iPhone between Sep 22^nd, 2024, to Jan 31^st, 2025.

8. Proof of Purchase

The customer needs to present the original invoice of the device at the return to avail the offer.

9. Proof of Replacement

The customer needs to bring proof of replacement of device if the product originally bought from Jumbo was replaced under warranty by Apple. The product returned should be of similar Specs as was originally sold by Jumbo.
