Store process:

  • Customer selects the product he/she wishes to purchase.
  • Customer contact our call center/sales staff to opt for easyship global delivery

Jumbo executive will contact World2door and liase between customer and World2door in getting a quotation. They also should get a simple inquiry form filled with contact details of customer. There will be many customers who will check now but will buy later. We will follow up from our side with the customer and in case he has any further clarification we will provide the same to close the deal.

  • Customer pays the amount to World2door directly
  • Jumbo delivers the product to World2door warehouse
  • World2door ships the product to customers door and provides tracking code to Jumbo
  • World2door confirms once the delivery is complete

 

E-commerce process:

  • Customer selects the product he/she wishes to purchase and calls the call centre number
  • Call Centre team then liaises between customer and World2Door point of contact
  • Customer pays the amount to Store2Door directly post the World2Door quotation is accepted by Customer
